Who we are

ProcureIQ Atlas ("we", "us") is a procurement intelligence service based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, submit a quote request, or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Quote requests (/quote): when you email us your requirement, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, company, contact details, and part specifications, plus any drawings, photos, or files you attach.
• Contact form: name, company, email, phone number, and the message you submit.
• Job tracking (/track): if you are an active client, order and delivery status tied to your job reference.
• Analytics: this site uses Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand aggregate traffic — pages visited, approximate location, and device type. This does not include the contents of your quote requests or attachments.

How your drawings and specs are handled

Engineering drawings and RFQ details you send us are used only to search for and evaluate suppliers on your behalf. We do not sell, publish, or share your drawings with anyone outside the suppliers directly relevant to sourcing your requirement, and only the information needed to get a quote is shared with them. If you need a signed NDA before sharing sensitive drawings, email us and we'll arrange one before you send anything.

How we use your information

• To source, compare, and report back on suppliers for your requirement.
• To respond to your questions and manage an active engagement.
• To send job status updates if you are a tracked client.
• To understand overall site usage and improve the service (aggregate analytics only).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We may share the minimum necessary requirement details with third-party suppliers as part of sourcing your quote, and with service providers that host our infrastructure (e.g. Vercel, Supabase) strictly to operate the site and store job records.

How long we keep it

We retain quote requests and job records for as long as needed to deliver the service and maintain a record of past engagements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us — see contact details below.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, at any time. Email us and we'll action it within a reasonable timeframe.
