The service
ProcureIQ Atlas provides procurement intelligence reports: given a requirement, drawing, or RFQ you send us, we search live supplier data and deliver a ranked report with cost, lead time, certification, and risk information. We do not maintain a stored supplier database — every report reflects a fresh search at the time you submit your request.
Pricing and payment
Per-report pricing and monthly retainer terms are as quoted to you at the time of engagement. Payment terms will be confirmed in writing (email) before work begins on a paid engagement.
Turnaround time
Standard reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of a complete requirement being received; retainer clients receive priority 12-hour turnaround. Turnaround starts once we have enough information (part specs, drawing if applicable) to begin sourcing — incomplete requirements may take longer while we clarify details with you.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the specifications, drawings, and requirements you provide. Supplier recommendations are based on the information available to us at the time of the search — we do our best to verify supplier claims but cannot guarantee outcomes with any individual supplier once you engage with them directly.
Confidentiality of your data
We treat drawings and requirement details you share with us as confidential and use them only to source your requirement — see our Privacy Policy for details. If you need a signed NDA before sharing sensitive drawings, contact us and we'll arrange one before you send anything.
Limitation of liability
ProcureIQ Atlas acts as a sourcing and intelligence service, not a manufacturer or supplier of record. We are not a party to any contract you enter into with a supplier we identify, and are not liable for a supplier's performance, quality, or delivery.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
